The old parable goes, “give someone a fish, feed them for the night… teach someone to fish, feed them for life”. PTR’s entire philosophy is to create thinkers and players of adaptation in a competitive atmosphere.
The primary focus will be building players for the next level as well as creating a team that can succeed, now. Focusing on teamwork, skill development, and emotional growth, the plan is that everyone leaves the season with more confidence and a stronger skill set and IQ.
