The Independence Invitational
This camp is for the serious hooper!
Aiming to be the most competitive and educational camp in Northern California! The world-class STAFF, guest speakers/coaches and level of competition will set this camp apart. Athletes will have access to the gymnasium, training and locker room. Athletes will receive a total of four (4) specialty clinics and guest speakers, three (3) team practices and five (5) competitive games. Also, we will infuse strength and conditioning and plyometric workouts with a trainer on staff. The week will conclude with a family friendly (please join us!) All-Star game, Slam-Dunk contest and a sports psychology seminar and award ceremony!
Dates: July 1st (11.00a registration) thru July 4th (1.00p release)
Location: Dominican University of California (San Rafael)
Age: High school class of 2024-2028
Camp will take place in the Conlan Center (home of the Dominican University Penguins) with access to locker and training rooms. Athletes and staff will be staying in the Pennafort Hall and provided three meals per day in the Dominican Cafeteria with the overnight package
